How long does an OJS installation take?
Once we have access to your server and DNS pointed at us, a Starter install is usually live within 2 hours.
Do you provide the server, or do I bring my own?
Either works. We can recommend a VPS provider, or install on a server you already have.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes — we issue formal invoices in AZN, USD, or EUR.
What about backups?
Managed plans include daily off-site backups with 30-day retention. We can integrate Telegram for backup alerts.
